Article 6: who got what at COP29

After nearly a decade of negotiations around Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, COP29 in Baku reached compromises on key issues surrounding the transaction of climate change mitigation units - including how countries authorize those units, whether they can be revoked, and how the registry system for them will be structured.
